- Check compressor for proper voltage and amp readings
- Check electrical start components
- Check blower motor operation
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check cabinet for air leakage
- Replace standard throw-away type filter (provided by homeowner)
- Check temperature differential across coil
- Check thermostat operation
Fall Check Includes:
- Light and adjust pilot (Non Electronic)
- Adjust main burners for proper flame
- Inspect main burner for cleanliness
- Lubricate blower bearings
- Inspect blower wheel
- Visually inspect flue
- Replace standard throw-away type filter (provided by homeowner)
- Safety check of high temperature limit switch
- Safety inspection of heat exchanger for leaks
- Inspect fan belt
- Inspect cabinet for air leakage
- Check gas valve
- Give estimate for any repairs needed
